Paris - 70 m2

The renovation involved reorganizing the spaces to create a large open-plan living area at the front of the apartment, connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The original wooden beams were exposed and reworked to open up the perspective and allow light to flow through. At the rear of the apartment, the sleeping area includes a resized bedroom facing the courtyard, connected to the bathroom, and a home office/guest room on the street side, accessible via a door concealed in the living room. To improve circulation and define the spaces, all the furniture was designed to appear to emerge from the walls, following gentle angles. Numerous mirrors were also installed to create perspective and enhance the feeling of spaciousness.
