Located in Located in the heart of the 2nd arrondissement, this 30sqm courtyard-facing apartment offers a peaceful haven amidst the neighborhood's bustling energy. To reinvent the space, we highlighted the exposed stonework and beams by adding color—specifically an ultramarine blue inspired by Le Corbusier’s palette! The new layout features an entrance with ample storage (concealing the washing machine), a compact yet comfortable shower room with a toilet, a warm and generously sized kitchen, and a spacious main living area that incorporates a cozy sleeping nook, a plush lounge, and a light-filled dining and workspace. The blue ceiling is complemented by shades of oak, off-white, and melon orange, along with colorful decorative accents that create a lighthearted, "pop" aesthetic.
